Sony’s RXV100 V series replaces the company’s earlier flagship RXIV100 cameras.
Sony India announced the new RX100V compact camera, their flagship model under the Cyber Shot RX100 series.
The RX100 V comes with a ‘Fast Hybrid AF’ system that combines phase detection AF and contrast detection AF with ability to lock focus in 0.05 seconds. RX 100 V includes a 1.0-type stacked ExmorRS CMOS sensor that improves processing speeds, expands memory buffer and optimises image quality, according to Sony in a press release.
Covering 65 per cent of the frame, the RX100 V has 315 AF points on sensor, advantageous for capturing rapidly moving random subjects.
