Nikon launches D5600 DSLR camera for photography hobbysists
D5600 offers an effective pixel count of 24.2-million pixels
Nikon has announced the launch of the Nikon D5600, which the company says is ‘specially designed for photography hobbyists and content creators’. The camera can maintain a constant connection with smart devices when using the SnapBridge app and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology. Using the app, still images are directly and automatically transferred to a paired device, which can then by uploaded or shared by users. This feature of the camera is what Nikon things will encourage users to go for it.
The entry-level DX-format D-SLR camera comes with a vari-angle LCD monitor that flips out, and makes for a greater flexibility for users. The 3.2-inch touch screen display brings addition of a cropping function to use during playback zoom, and has a time-lapse function as well. The SnapBridge app allows for image transfer even while the camera is turned off; These images can also be uploaded to the ‘Nikon Image Space’ while the camera is powered down. The camera also features a built-in Wifi function for remote shooting and video transfer.

D5600 offers an effective pixel count of 24.2-million pixels and is equipped with a Nikon DX-format CMOS sensor without an optical low-pass filter. The camera also features an EXPEED 4 image-processing engine.
The D5600 will be available from end of November 2016. The D5600 will be available in below mentioned variants:
· The D5600 body only
· The D5600 with the AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens
· The D5600 with AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR
· The D5600 with both AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR and AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR lens
